What is Neta Open Suite
Neta Open Suite is the market leading solution in the CIS (Customer Information System) field for the management of Meter2Cash and the main business processes for all types of sales and distribution operators in the markets of gas and electricity.
It adapts to the needs of various sector operators, offering innovative as-a-Service services that improve operational efficiency and help achieve business objectives, thanks to the adoption of Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
The Suite includes a series of new generation modules designed to provide a modular and complete solution that enable CRM, ERP and payment management functionalities, even within a specific market domain (e.g. gas distribution). It ensures coverage of regulated services (gas, electricity, water services) and the ability to manage new services, not yet regulated (e.g. energy communities).
Our solution is enabled by the Neta Open Platform which allows access, integration, flexibility and openness of the Neta Open Suite modules towards data and systems present both internally of the customer's IT ecosystem (e.g. legacy systems, data on "core" processes) and externally (e.g. third-party applications, meteorological data, social networks).
This represents the evolution of the Neta platform, already recognized by over 150 customers. Taking advantage of our profound and decades-long knowledge of the key processes in the reference markets, we are accompanying our Customers on a path of gradual evolution of the solution, enriching processes and functionality with a "best fit" approach on the enabling technologies, adapting them to regulatory developments and innovations deriving from new market sectors to be managed over time.
