Engineering signs the Valore D Manifesto
Joining Valore D commits the entire Engineering organization to an active participation in the proposed initiatives.

The Think Inclusively campaign was born out of our reflection on how to concretely support the cause of diversity and inclusion. We began to explore the meaning of the words Diversity and Inclusion in depth within Engineering, and through conversations with various colleagues, unique and wonderful personal and professional stories emerged.
These stories have enriched us, offering hope for a fairer and more inclusive future and allowing us to deeply understand the daily challenges that each of us faces.
Think Inclusively represents this journey of storytelling, showcasing life stories and unique moments, making Engineering a company that is inclusive, attentive to individual peculiarities, and committed to building a better future.
