Obtained Certifications for Gender Equality and Social Responsibility Management System

The Group continues its journey towards an increasingly fair and inclusive corporate culture, ensuring equal opportunities and enhancing organizations' social responsibility.

During 2024, the parent company Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, along with Cybertech, Engineering D.HUB, and Municipia, obtained certifications for Gender Equality (UNI/PdR 125:2022) and for the Social Responsibility Management System (SA8000:2014). These are significant recognitions of the value the company places on fundamental work ethics aspects such as human rights, training, professional growth, health and safety, non-discrimination, and the elimination of child labor.

Both certification processes were carried out by RINA Spa, a leader in sustainability, social responsibility, and inclusion. RINA certifications ensure not only compliance with standards but also increased credibility in the market and among our stakeholders.

Regarding the Gender Equality Certification, the parent company Engineering Ingegneria Informatica successfully passed the annual surveillance and confirmed the certification for the second year. The certification evaluates six areas: Culture and Strategy, Governance, HR Processes, Growth Opportunities and Inclusion of Women in the Company, Pay Equity, and Work-Life Balance & Parental Support. Achieving this certification represents a significant step toward creating an increasingly fair work environment and demonstrates the company’s commitment to ensuring equal opportunities for all its employees.

The Social Responsibility Management System Certification is the highest recognition for companies that stand out for their commitment to respecting and protecting human rights in all areas of activity, ensuring an ethical, safe, and fair work environment. The standard emphasizes the importance of anti-discriminatory practices throughout the professional cycle, guaranteeing equal opportunities for development and career advancement, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation, or political and religious beliefs.
