Challenge
In line with the cloud strategy, our client needed to adopt the best services and systems, and implement the integrations and configurations required to adapt to a constantly evolving technological system.
Approach
We implemented a fully digital cloud solution to ensure usability and continuity of services provided to users.
Given Itabus' ambition to be natively digital, we designed the architecture in a clear and innovative way, with agile and "sprint" working methods and interaction between Itabus' key users, our business analysts and technical product specialists.
We used AWS infrastructure services, container services and abstract services, and adapted development methodologies to customer needs to create highly robust, reliable and flexible platforms.
Using our skills, we implemented Salesforce modules for the CRM and Marketing Cloud components (i.e. Service Cloud for tickets, orders, payments and vouchers also via WebtoCase, chat and other customer contact tools - digital engagement -, and Marketing Cloud for push geolocation, SMS, email), integrating Datalake and the native Itabus app.
We have also implemented BI analytics apps and interactive dashboards to manage business performance data and perform deep analytics on specific topics.
