Solution

The customer chose our partner OverIT solution, a cloud-based solution accessible from both mobile devices and as a desktop application, for the specific features provided, such as:

  • Anomaly handling: Issue detection and troubleshooting on assets
  • Work order dispatching to external contractors: quick assignment of activities by franchisers to external contractors due to an advanced scheduling engine 
  • Evaluation of operational data: maintenance data are firstly analyzed to determine the maintenance budget and create reports of the operating costs for each activity
  •  Third-party integration: deep integration with SAP for debriefing activities
  •  Maintenance process management: execution of maintenance activities, including damages, faults, downtime and warranties.
