Challenge
Lepida ScpA is a consortium company fully owned by over 450 local public entities and the Emilia-Romagna Region, which holds the majority stake. Its mission is to design, develop, and manage technological infrastructures and digital services for the public administration and citizens. The project aimed to support the design and implementation of a Container Platform to offer a CaaS service.
Approach
We provided consulting during the design phase, supporting the selection of the most suitable product and defining the overall architecture, with particular attention to business continuity and disaster recovery aspects. During the implementation and installation phase, we adopted an on-the-job training approach, ensuring that the Lepida team gained a full understanding of the activities carried out and developed the necessary autonomy to manage similar projects in the future.

Digital Ecosystem
The project involved the installation of four Red Hat OpenShift clusters: Test, Production, Hub ACM, and Disaster Recovery. During this phase, essential solutions such as Red Hat Quay (container registry), Red Hat Keycloak (Identity and Access Management), and Red Hat ACM (Advanced Cluster Management) were also installed and configured. At the same time, the deployment of the first two applications on Lepida's container platform was initiated, with continuous customer support to ensure optimal resource management.
