Challenge
Our Client, leader in the Energy & Utilities Sector, needed to renovate its monitoring and observability solution, seamlessly integrating all infrastructural and application elements into a unified tool to provide efficient support for Cloud and Kubernetes services.
Approach
Engineering is engaged as a partner throughout every stage of the project, beginning with solution design, continuing through implementation, and culminating in its production release. Furthermore, we oversee the maintenance service of the platform, which encompasses both Incident Management and Change Management.

Digital Ecosystem
The platform based on Dynatrace, developed with a managed deployment, meets high reliability requirements and provides a global service through a single infrastructure. We integrated Dynatrace with both Event and Incident Management processes and the application portfolio, automatically enriching infrastructure elements, topology, and relationships with contextual information. We followed SCRUM standards adopted by our client, with an average sprint duration of 4 weeks, and worked in close synergy.
