Energywave deals with residential energy efficiency. With around 38,000 divisional points, it is one of the leading players in the heat consumption allocation market. Energywave's need was to automate the calculation of heat allocation and billing through a flexible and efficient solution, integrating the new solution within the existing application map.

The new billing solution followed a step-by-step approach, focusing on the different contract types, the migration of existing customers onto SSE solution, the evolution of existing functionalities addressed by a gap analysis that highlighted the management of additional billing cases. The types of billable contracts concerned the services of Supply and Plant Management in District Heating, Heat Management and Heat Allocation, with a package-driven approach, with System Integration activities to manage the evolutions envisaged by the customer. At the end of the project, we provided ongoing support for each heating season, working on the parameterisation of new types of contracts, such as the 110% Superbonus, guaranteeing the maintenance of the quality required by the standardisation of business processes.
