Description

As part of the activities of the Omnichannel Customer Experience Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano, a prestigious closed-numbered event will be held for C-levels of companies from different sectors who will discuss the business benefits of an omnichannel strategy. Starting from their experience, the impacts of this transformation on the economic-financial performance and competitiveness of companies will be analysed.

Engineering is one of the promoters of the Observatory, now in its seventh edition, which aims to support companies in understanding the business benefits of an omnichannel approach, providing insights and guidelines on how to concretely implement it, overcoming existing barriers and making the most of MarTech.
