1. WHAT ARE THE THREE MAIN ACTIONS A CIO SHOULD TAKE TO MOVE TOWARDS A COMPOSABLE BUSINESS MODEL?

The CIO should develop a robust integration architecture characterized by flexibility and scalability, allowing various components to operate independently yet orchestrated. This approach facilitates the addition of new functionalities and rapid updates without significant impacts.

It is equally essential to implement an agile governance framework that ensures coordinated management aligned with business needs. Effective governance must optimize resources and processes, enabling quick adaptation to business strategies.

Finally, promoting proactive integration between IT and business is crucial, anticipating market needs and preparing for continuous evolution. In a composable model, this synergy between IT and business is vital for responding promptly to market changes.

2. WHAT STRATEGIES AND CONSIDERATIONS ARE CRUCIAL FOR SELECTING IDEAL PARTNERS IN ENTERPRISE PLATFORMS DURING THE CLOUD MIGRATION PROCESS?

To effectively tackle cloud migration, it is essential to adopt an integrated approach by choosing partners capable of managing implementations on both applications and infrastructure. This ensures adequate scalability, robust security, and optimal performance, aligning migration perfectly with business objectives.

Another crucial aspect is the replatforming strategy, which involves transferring and optimizing applications to leverage cloud functionalities like elasticity and integration with AI and analytics services.

Additionally, it's also important to consider adaptation to business maturity, evaluating whether it is more appropriate to adopt standard or customized platforms for managing critical functions. At this stage, analyzing the advantages associated with each option, such as scalability and integration of off-the-shelf solutions, is fundamental.

3. WHAT DOES THE AUGMENTED ENTERPRISE IMPLY, AND HOW CAN WE MAXIMIZE THE VALUE OF IT APPLICATIONS THROUGH AI INTEGRATION TO BENEFIT VARIOUS INDUSTRIAL SECTORS IN THE COMING YEARS?

The Augmented Enterprise transforms the use of technology through the integration of Artificial Intelligence into ERP and CRM systems. This approach not only makes processes more effective and efficient but also enhances the user experience through structured data usage.

The integration of AI and automation technologies enables the generation of incremental value through advanced analytics. A significant example can be found in the Field Service sector, where AI-based solutions implemented on Salesforce assist utilities in troubleshooting, optimizing daily operations.

Accelerating the adoption of the Augmented Enterprise and AI solutions will be crucial in the coming years, as companies that succeed in doing so will gain a significant competitive advantage and fully harness the benefits of emerging technologies.

4. IN THE EVOLVING LANDSCAPE OF GLOBAL ERP AND CRM MARKETS IN THE COMING YEARS, HOW CAN A BEST-FIT APPROACH ENHANCE USER EXPERIENCES?

The best-fit approach for ERP and CRM focuses on redefining processes and tailoring implementations to enhance user experience through optimized operations and smooth digital interaction.

This approach yields significant benefits for both customers and users: customers can enjoy higher quality and faster service, while users benefit from an improved experience, as seen in CRM, where automation minimizes after-sales inquiries while improving request management efficiency.

In the ERP context, the best-fit approach translates into simplified workflows, helping to reduce operational time and costs. This allows resources to be freed up and reallocated for strategic activities, leading to an overall improvement in business efficiency.

5. WHAT IS THE ROLE OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN THE ADOPTION OF TECHNOLOGIES, AND HOW IS IT EVOLVING TO SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF TRANSFORMATION IN ENTERPRISES?

The evolution of change management has led to a significant shift in how organizations approach digital transformations. Initially focused on managing resistance and training, change management has transformed into an active facilitator, emphasizing corporate culture, skills, and feedback.

Involving team members from the early stages of the change process helps reduce resistance, while ongoing training supports deep adoption of digital skills. In this context, feedback plays a crucial role: continuously collecting feedback optimizes the overall experience and strengthens a culture open to innovation. Additionally, Artificial Intelligence is playing a critical role in areas like engagement and training.

By adopting a strategic, people-centered approach, change management becomes a key lever to ensure effective technology implementation, thereby improving the experiences of both employees and customers.

Quickly adopting the Augmented Enterprise and AI solutions in the coming years will be crucial for gaining a competitive advantage and leveraging the benefits of emerging technologies.
