Engineering, leader in the digitalization of processes for companies and public administration, announces that the Shareholders' Meeting has appointed the new Board of Directors. Three new entrants: Maria Andrisani, Head of Capital Markets Bain Capital Private Equity (Europe), LLP, Michaela Castelli, Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Nexi and Nexi Payments and Sea Aeroporti di Milano, and expert in financial markets and corporate governance, Maria Cristina Messa, former Minister of the University and Research and Director of the University of Milan-Bicocca, where he is currently a Medical researcher in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy.
The three new members will contribute to strengthening the interdisciplinary character of the board through different professional skills and a solid industrial, scientific, academic and institutional background, in line with the Group’s ambition to be a strategic partner for the country and contribute to the development of the markets in which it operates.
In this regard, the strengthening of governance is a further element of evolution for Engineering, led by the CEO Maximo Ibarra for just over a year and a half, and with over 70 locations in 14 countries around the world.

Maria Andrisani joined Bain Capital in 2016, where she is now Head of Capital Markets Bain Capital Private Equity (Europe), LLP. Before joining Bain Capital, she worked at J.P. Morgan with positions within the Investment Banking division. She has been Vice President of the European Leveraged Finance Organization.
Michaela Castelli, lawyer, currently Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Nexi, Nexi Payments and Sea Aeroporti di Milano, expert in financial markets and corpo-rate governance.
Maria Cristina Messa, former Minister of University and Research, is Medical Researcher of Diagnostic Imaging and Radiotherapy at the University of Milan-Bicocca, of which she was Dean between 2013 and 2019. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan, she specialized in Nuclear Medicine.
