Engineering wins the National HR Assinter Award with the "New Talent Journey" project

The award recognizes the Group’s commitment to creating innovative training and development programs for young talents within the company.

During the ceremony held in Rome at the Casa dell’Aviatore, Engineering was awarded the “National Assinter Award for the Enhancement of Human Capital”, promoted by Assinter Italia – the Association of Companies for Technological Innovation in the Regions.

For the company, a leader in digital transformation processes led by Maximo Ibarra, the recognition comes just a few months after obtaining the Top Employer Italy 2025 certification. It was granted thanks to the innovative program designed by Engineering for all young recruits, called: “New Talent Journey.”

The project was selected in the category “New organizational strategies and initiatives for intergenerational integration and the optimal inclusion of new talent into organizational contexts” and stood out for its coherence and systematic approach in addressing the challenge of attracting and retaining young talent.

By leveraging digital platforms and state-of-the-art training and communication methodologies, the program supports candidates throughout every stage of their selection and onboarding journey, helping them develop technical skills and soft skills while strengthening their engagement and participation.

Alessia D’Addario, Group Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at Engineering, commented:

“We are extremely proud of this recognition, which rewards our ongoing commitment to enhancing human capital – a core element of our company vision. We believe that people are the engine of innovation and sustainable growth, which is why we invest daily in building a stimulating, inclusive work environment focused on skill development.

The ‘New Talent Journey’ project is a concrete example of this approach: a structured and innovative path that supports young talents from the very beginning of their time with us, providing them with tools, training, and opportunities to fully express their potential and build their professional future within a dynamic and ever-evolving context.”

The New Talent Journey project, which confirms the effectiveness of Engineering’s HR strategies, is designed to achieve three key goals:

  • Develop a distinctive offering to attract top talent from universities;

  • Create an integrated program of technical training and soft skill development to support young employees from their first years in the company;

  • Build a work environment that promotes engagement, talent development, and growth, to reduce turnover and optimize company investment.

Over the past year alone, the New Talent Journey has involved around 380 recent graduates, primarily from STEM backgrounds. Of these, 320 have joined the company in various roles within the Information Technology sector, in strategic areas such as Cybersecurity, ERP Platforms, Software Development, Business Analysis, and Cloud Architecture.
