Engineering is certified Top Employer Italy 2025

The certification is the result of a significant growth process for the company, which is constantly committed to enhancing HR policies to create a work environment centered on the well-being of people.

Engineering, a leading company in digitalization processes for businesses and Public Administration, led by Maximo Ibarra, has achieved the Top Employer Italy 2025 certification.

The certification is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, which annually analyzes corporate excellence in HR policies and strategies, as well as their implementation, to contribute to people’s well-being and improve workplace environments and conditions.

Alessia D’Addario, Chief Human Resources Officer at Engineering, stated:
We are truly proud to have obtained this certification, which acknowledges and rewards Engineering’s growth process. Today, we are confirmed as a strongly human capital-oriented company, where people’s well-being and skills are at the heart of our business strategies. Through innovative HR policies, we strive every day to create a work environment where people are valued, inspired, supported, and empowered to fully express their potential, generating value and delivering consistent results for all our stakeholders.”

To achieve the Top Employer Italia 2025 certification, Engineering was assessed based on over 250 questions covering six macro-areas and analyzing 20 key aspects, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Well-being.

The process goes beyond certification: the Top Employers Institute also provides an in-depth analysis of business activities, comparing them with global best practices. This benchmarking allows companies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation.

The Top Employers Program highlights the positive impact companies can have on millions of people. In 2025, Top Employers certified more than 2,400 companies in 125 countries worldwide, including 151 in Italy, which, thanks to their HR excellence, have positively impacted the lives of over 13 million people.
