Federico Antonio Di Paola (Engineering) recognized as one of the most innovative Fleet Managers
Federico Antonio Di Paola, Fleet & Mobility Manager at Engineering, has been recognized as one of the most innovative Fleet Managers. The award was presented during the unveiling of the findings of the “Rental and Quality” research, held a few days ago in Milan at an event promoted by Fleet Magazine and the Top Thousand Corporate Mobility Observatory.
Federico Antonio Di Paola, who received votes from 110 fleet managers and key industry figures, earned this recognition thanks to his efforts in managing Engineering's fleet (1,500 vehicles) in alignment with the Group’s growing focus on embedding ESG principles into its corporate strategy, led by Maximo Ibarra.
In April 2024, Engineering established its Sustainability Plan with measurable targets for all 21 countries where the Group operates, with 80 offices and approximately 14,000 employees.
Among the sustainable mobility initiatives aimed at implementing a decarbonization strategy to significantly reduce the company’s environmental impact, Engineering has committed to ensuring that, by 2026, 100% of its service vehicles will be electric. Furthermore, its car list will consist entirely of electric or hybrid vehicles emitting less than 60g/CO2.
Already in 2024, to modernize its corporate fleet, the company selected cutting-edge electric vehicles featuring advanced safety and technological capabilities, which employees can access through a new car-sharing system.
