Engineering Group chooses Workday to expand its business and becomes a Service Partner in Italy.
Workday, Inc., a leading provider of solutions that help organizations manage their people and financial processes, announces that Engineering Group, a leader in digitalization processes for businesses and public administrations, has joined the Workday client ecosystem. Engineering has selected Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Extend, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Learning.
Initially, the partnership allowed Engineering to implement more agile processes for managing people, improving its ability to attract and retain talent, and increasing profitability. More recently, this collaboration has solidified into an official partnership, with Engineering becoming a Workday Service Partner and the first European partner headquartered in Italy.
