Mission
Enable precise knowledge of objects and subjects that contribute to the tax base; the possibility of having valuable information for a true data-driven governance; increased tax compliance and reduction of the tax gap. The goal is to create a single database for revenue management: the Knowledge System.
Solution
- Construction of the Knowledge System in the back office, including all available alphanumeric databases both internal and external to the Authority.
- Development of a territorial information system in the back office, utilizing cadastral maps provided by the Revenue Agency.
- Enhancement of the Knowledge System with territorial census surveys, conducted with various systems, which can also be integrated, choosing from aerial surveys, mobile mapping systems, or operators using an app.
- Effective and efficient management of the Revenues and related information using Gnosis processing tools.

The Knowledge System enables a different approach to databases, focusing the investigation on the Subject or Object and their relationships, observing within the relevant or most suitable tax context to give meaning to the data and transform it into Information. The Knowledge System is accessible through Gnosis, a web-based management solution capable of navigating, even geographically, and relating all the data, both for analytical and summary purposes, following methods and logic that adopt a cognitive and data reasoning approach.
