Enhancing accuracy in corporate invoice management by tackling issues such as poor invoice quality for OCR, missing or incomplete data, discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders, and the risk of undetected fraud.
Solution
Built on SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), this solution simplifies electronic invoice processing through automation and AI. It also integrates seamlessly with Public Administration to ensure efficient and scalable invoice management. The solution supports invoice processing from diverse channels, including suppliers and public entities/tax authorities, using AI-enhanced OCR for improved accuracy. It handles data extraction and exceptions with AI, facilitating user interactions in natural language. The solution can be deployed independently or integrated with SAP DRC & VIM to maximize operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Our use case received an award during the SAP Hack2Build initiative 2024.
