Our client is a multinational, with over 30 offices in more than 23 countries on five continents, which produces and markets a complete range of high quality lubricants. The company has recently launched a digital transformation project to align processes and standardize IT systems in the various sites, globally.
Approach
With Engineering D.HUB we supported our client in evaluating a single service model, based on SAP software, and in particular, in the choice of SAP S/4HANA hosted on AWS Cloud platform.

We developed a solution based on a service model covering four pillars: Application Support, Service Management, SAP Basis and Application Maintenance, AWS Infrastructure Hosting. It is integrated with a 24x7 and multilingual service desk that supports users and the entire transformation process. This enabled our Cliente to observe a roll-out phase - and subsequent adoption and management - of the new unified platform with a minimal impact for users. The process was managed by certified and highly specialized resources in AWS and SAP, provided by Engineering D.HUB. In addition to its own resources, the strength of Engineering D.HUB services lies in the integration of cloud services with the management tools of its Data Center and with the centralized monitoring service 24/7.
