Self-Scanning Iperal: Empowerment of the customer and fast checkout

Our client Iperal implemented a solution called Self Scanning in four different stores, in this way it was going to be easier to scan autonomously the purchases with a fast and direct checkout.

Iperal is a brand of the big distribution located and born in Valtellina in 1986. Currently it counts on 4000 employees and in 2023 the profit reached produced was more than 1B and half euros. From the beginning Iperal always took care of the customer demands, and it tried to enhance in a positive way the customer experience by providing an innovative service that could in a way respond immediately to change of demand shown by the client.
Approach
Starting from a few months ago Iperal started to implement in four different stores our solution of Self Scanning which includes all the functions that permit it to scan all the purchases and is projected to operate on all the electronic devices (Android and IOS). The solution implemented allows to the clients to become the main character of their purchases by scanning the codes of the products available, the last step is to do a payment of the articles in an effective way.
