Challenge
Net@Suite is our solution for managing Meter2Cash and key business processes for all types of sales and distribution operators in the gas and electricity markets. Many of these companies need to use Neta suite products in the cloud to benefit from all the elasticity, robustness, security and performance advantages offered by this technology.
Approach
In defining the Cloud service delivery scenario, we adopted a consultative, technical and business approach. With the goal of introducing significant service optimization, we carried out an application review and technological upgrade of infrastructure components, while maintaining high performance levels in core processes throughout.

To meet customers' needs, we have set up a scalable cloud platform consisting of software, infrastructure and professional services for application delivery to businesses. The use of certified infrastructure increased the security posture of companies, the use of Cloud automations in acquisition and deployment processes and native Oracle management tools enabled the achievement of high levels of efficiency.
The more than 60 people in Eng certified in cloud OCI also enable constant study of new automation and operational efficiency solutions, service improvement and enrichment of offerings.
