Challenge
Financial market legislation introduced after the 2008-2009 financial crisis, EMIR: European Market Infrastructure Regulation, has impacted many areas of financial institutions' operations. Approach
We have activated a multidisciplinary team with specialised financial knowledge, able to effectively address the adaptation to the new obligations, while introducing innovative elements for the efficiency of operations with derivative financial instruments.
