From December 4 to 7, Bologna will host the second edition of the Alliance for Just Transitions Forum, four days of seminars, working tables and training sessions. This year, the event is also part of the Bologna Tech Week calendar of initiatives, thanks to a collaboration that will make the city an open laboratory of innovation and dialogue on the topics of Artificial Intelligence & Digital-Tech, Automotive, Tourism and Food.

Erika Bressani, Tech Strategy Senior Manager at Municipia, the Engineering Group company dedicated to the municipal market, will speak on the panel “How to Finance the Right Transitions”, scheduled for Saturday Dec. 7, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Biagi Auditorium, to talk about current challenges, how climate change, digitization and growing inequality require coordinated and innovative responses that go beyond the administrative boundaries of individual municipalities and traditional approaches. From ethical finance to special public-private partnerships, there are increasingly widespread models of collaboration that are strategic for the sustainable development of territories and sustainable and inclusive growth. What is needed is a change of perspective that also makes the most of the digital lever.
