On December 5th, the Diversity Day, Italy’s most important event dedicated to workplace inclusion for people with disabilities and protected categories under Law 68/99, will take place at the LUISS Campus on Viale Romania.

Engineering reaffirms its commitment by participating in both 2024 editions of the Diversity Day: first in Milan last May and now in Rome. This event serves as a crucial opportunity to highlight the importance of diversity and inclusion as core company values.

During the opening conference, Marcella Tesone, Group Talent, Change & DEI Director at Engineering, will deliver a speech titled "Innovation and Inclusion: Diversity in Service of Technology." This keynote will explore how integrating diverse perspectives can drive technological progress.
