Challenge
Financial market legislation introduced after the 2008-2009 financial crisis, EMIR: European Market Infrastructure Regulation, has impacted many areas of financial institutions' operations.
One of the latest EMIR updates required the adaptation of the OTC (Over The Counter) derivatives chain of operations.
Approach
We have activated a multidisciplinary team with specialised financial knowledge, able to effectively address the adaptation to the new obligations, while introducing innovative elements for the efficiency of operations with derivative financial instruments.
