Engineering has selected Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Extend, Workday Recruiting, and Workday Learning.

Initially, the partnership allowed Engineering to implement more agile processes for managing people, improving its ability to attract and retain talent, and increasing profitability. More recently, this collaboration has solidified into an official partnership, with Engineering becoming a Workday Service Partner and the first European partner headquartered in Italy.
