Engineering, in partnership with Atlantic Technologies (part of the Engineering Group), is the Innovator Partner for the Italian leg of the Salesforce World Tour in Milan

With the participation of Acea Energia, Age.na.s, and Dr. Schär, the event will showcase how Artificial Intelligence enhances data use to innovate customer experience.

Engineering, a leader in digital transformation for businesses and public administrations, and Atlantic Technologies, a Group company and an international leader in implementing enterprise solutions, particularly Salesforce, are the Innovator Partners of the Italian leg of the Salesforce World Tour Milan, which will take place on June 18 at the MiCo, Milan Convention Center.

This edition of the year's most important event for the Salesforce Community will guide managers and innovators through the latest developments brought by digital technologies, particularly data and Artificial Intelligence, and how these impact every type of business.

Moderated by Andrea Gattia, VP CRM Solutions of Atlantic Technologies, Simone Falasca, Head of Customer Transformation at Acea Energia, Debora Angeletti, Director of Telemedicine Project Unit at Age.na.s, and Giacomo Bisoffi, Senior Global Marketing Intelligence Manager at Dr. Schär, they will explore how composable solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence can enable data-driven decision-making processes, revolutionize daily customer interactions, and develop new medium-to-long-term strategies.

  • Marketing with CloudIA: optimizes the management of corporate events. The Content & Segment Creator allows for real-time user grouping, creating and sending personalized emails, scanning business cards, recording Leads, and associating them with campaigns to monitor the event.

Also within the lounge, it will be possible to interact with a virtual reality avatar that learns and grows over time, to test a concrete and innovative use case demonstrating what can be achieved with generative artificial intelligence.
