Solution
An integrated remote monitoring and cognitive rehabilitation platform that includes an exergames-based solution for assessment and motor rehabilitation of limbs, posture, balance and coordination, as well as sleep monitoring to detect and assess sleep disorders. The platform enables caregivers to monitor the patient's rehabilitation status.
The system was developed with cloud technologies and is based on a distributed microservices architecture. The solution integrates sensors and innovative methods to meet the needs of patients and clinics by ensuring continuity of care and rehabilitation services from healthcare facilities to home-based scenarios.
