Challenge
The customer's need was to standardize the operating procedures of the information exchanges between the distributor and the sales company and ensure greater flexibility and integrity of the end-to-end processes. At the same time, the architecture of the existing systems was redeveloped and the integration between the front office and back office components improved, standardizing the process management and monitoring methodologies.
Approach
With our business and technological skills we have optimized and evolved the customer's systems, improving their usability and management. To meet customer needs, we applied our BPM - SOA methodological approach skills, implementing a multi-channel front office system based on Java / Oracle / Tibco technology.
Solution
The system allows to load and process commercial and service requests (e.g. activations, switching, inspections) with the use of advanced channels: Portal, A2A (Web Services) and PEC. With SOA service architecture and the use of a BPM tool, it ensures end-to-end vision and monitoring of business processes. We have integrated the main systems of the application map (SAP R / 3 systems for job management, billing and measurement systems, commercial quality management system) which cooperate in the management of commercial requests, enabling communication. Our solution is part of the Utilities (Distribution) supply chain, and allows to: display the catalog of services for sales companies, prepare multi-channel access for traders, monitor network processes for real-time analysis of requests.
