As part of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy launched in 2024, Engineering confirms its participation in the DNA Inclusive Job Day 2024, a key event dedicated to inclusive recruiting.

The "Recruiting Day of Differences" initiative, organized in collaboration with Difference iN Addition (DNA), a social enterprise that serves as a hub of cross-disciplinary DEI expertise, marks another step forward in the partnership between the two organizations.

Engineering and DNA share an innovative vision, focused on engaging people, supporting ideas, and spreading best practices. During the event, Engineering will present its inclusion and disability initiatives through targeted interviews and the "Discover Engineering" session.
