The "SAP HXM Lab" initiative is organized by SAP and HRC Community in collaboration with its partners to act as a collector of all market news and trends in HR both at the solution and experience level.

The event is held totally via Zoom, with the cut of a workshop in which Engineering, as a long-standing SAP partner, will participate along with customer ANAS with a speech dedicated to "The Evolution of Talent Management."

We will talk about how placing the employee at the center of a digital ecosystem is the goal of the Digital Transformation project that Engineering is implementing in the HR area at its client companies. Streamlining business processes and flows enables a better employee experience and a greater chance of attracting and retaining top talent.
