Engineering's IT & Management Academy achieved first place - for the second consecutive year - in the Learning category at the annual Best HR Team 2024 ceremony organized by HR Community, recognizing the ongoing commitment to creating innovative learning paths, promoting business growth, performance, and engagement of all Group personnel.
"BEST EMPLOYER BRAND ON LINKEDIN" AND "BEST TALENT ACQUISITION TEAM" BY LINKEDIN
In March 2023, Engineering was recognized as one of the top 3 finalists for the “Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn” and “Best Talent Acquisition Team” awards. These recognitions were based on the level of engagement and interaction with our Company Page and the use of the tool by recruiters during the year 2022.
DIVERSITY EQUITY & INCLUSION AWARD 2023
Engineering was one of ten companies awarded the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Award during two Diversity Days held at Bocconi University in Milan and LUISS University in Rome.
