The Mobilise-D consortium and the Italian DARE Initiative organised the Summer School on Digital Mobility Outcomes for Health Promotion and Prevention, and invited PhD students, early career researchers, health practitioners, patient organisations, technology developers, pharmaceutical representatives, and other interested professionals to their Summer School.
The programme combines the themes of digital technologies and preventive healthcare to improve disease prevention, intervention monitoring, and personalised healthcare, thereby fostering the shift to sustainable healthcare.
The aim of the event is to understand the power of integrating new digital tools and outcomes in clinical practice and in people’s daily life to improve disease prevention, intervention monitoring and personalised healthcare.
Matteo Melideo, from our R&I unit, will intervene on August 2nd with a speech titled “An industrial perspective on digital prevention: lesson learned and future challenges”, in which he will showcase what Engineering has done over the years in the field of Digital Prevention and how the challenges and the approaches have changed over time.
