The Gatekeeper Community of Interest (Col) presents the second Digital Workshop under the business territory.
GATEKEEPER is a European Multi Centric Large-Scale Pilot on Smart Living Environments. The main objective is enabling the creation of a platform that connects healthcare providers, businesses, entrepreneurs, and elderly citizens to the communities they live in, in order to originate an open, trust-based arena for matching ideas, technologies, user needs and processes.
The scope of GATEKEEPER is the application of advanced Information and Communications Technologies to tackle the challenge of improving the quality of life of citizens while demonstrating its significant efficiency gains in health and care delivery across Europe.
The event brings together the stakeholders from all around Europe to work together on the most relevant topics across the healthcare, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data domains.
Matteo Antonio Melideo, our Head of the E-Health R&D Unit, will give a speech on the Strategy for Health Data Federation. He will analyse the future steps to be taken starting from the results obtained by Gatekeeper so far.
