This year the Observatory, created in collaboration with the CRM & CX Consulting team of Engineering and with the patronage of the CMI Customer Management insights, conducted a survey on the role of eCommerce.

Never as in 2020 eCommerce, in addition to being a rapidly growing sales channel, increasingly needs to be integrated with CRM, also following the measures taken for the Covid 19 emergency.

On this topic, an in-depth Webinar  will be held on October 22 (11: 30-12: 30) which will talk about the first results obtained from the survey.

Over 320 companies participated in the CRM & eCommerce 2020 Observatory and new and interesting trends emerged from the responses.

The Webinar is free and is aimed primarily at all company figures who deal with managing the relationship with the customer, both in the B2B and B2C fields.
