Redesigning the ecosystem that enhances and promotes the cultural and tourist offerings with hybrid physical-digital enjoyment: a single data governance tool supporting the strategic policies and operational actions of destination management by A.R.E.T. Pugliapromozione.
By employing service and ecosystem design approaches, we co-designed the customer journey and an appropriate data strategy with the client for the redesign of the digital experience of regional tourism and cultural promotion services. Data and analytics are crucial for understanding the user and anticipating their needs (progressive profiling).
Through the collected data, we develop and support service offerings throughout the travel stages, engaging visitors with personalized content and offers, adhering to a mobile device-centric consumption logic.
