Engineering is a community member of CeTIF FinTech Lighthouse, a project born in 2016 on the initiative of the Research Center on Technologies, Innovation and Financial Services (CETIF) with the aim of maintaining a permanent observatory on the FinTech sector in Italy and abroad.
In the third workshop of the year we will address the theme of Open Innovation, focusing in particular on two modes: playing-as-a-platform (integration of third-party services on financial player platforms) and playing-as-a-service (provision of financial services on third-party platforms).
Other central themes of the day will be those related to sustainable business models and compliance with ESG criteria, together with the challenges of Innovation Management. We will deepen not only the analysis of managerial skills in an increasingly dynamic context, but also the tools for efficient mitigation of innovation-related risks.
